Black pepper extract is an extract of the dried nearly mature or mature fruit of Pipernigrum L., a plant of the Piperaceae family, containing piperine, garnetine, piperidine and piperine, etc. Black pepper is also used as a wind-repellent and to stimulate gastric secretion in medicine.
